Risk disclosure
Crypto-assets, including memecoins and other digital tokens, are high risk and highly speculative. Their prices can rise and fall sharply, and you could lose all the money you put in. They are generally not covered by financial compensation or ombudsman schemes.
Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or invitation to buy any crypto-asset. Examples of other projects describe historical events reported by third parties. They are not projects run by Origin Labs unless we say so, and they do not indicate future outcomes. No income, return or level of trading activity is guaranteed for any creator, partner or holder.
In the United Kingdom, communications that promote crypto-assets to consumers are subject to the Financial Conduct Authority's financial promotion rules. This website describes our creative and technology services and does not promote any specific crypto-asset.

Who we are

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, link to your work, creator type and message.
- Bookings: if you book a call, Calendly processes your name, email, chosen time and any answers you give, under its own privacy policy.
- Partnership research: we may research publicly available professional information about creators whose work we admire, such as published business contact details, before getting in touch.
Why, and our legal basis
We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange and hold calls, and explore potential partnerships. This is based on our legitimate interests in running and growing our business, or on steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, or for a copy, correction or deletion of the data we hold about you, by emailing us. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for those purposes. In the UK you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Website terms
This website is provided for general information about our services. We aim to keep it accurate, but figures about third-party projects come from public reporting and may change or prove incomplete. All trademarks, artwork and names of third-party projects belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification and commentary only. Origin Labs's own name, logo and content may not be reused without permission.
